Terrorists from Gaza taking Israeli elderly, women and children hostages, kidnapping them to Gaza

About 250 people were abducted into Gaza on October 7, 2023. They included babies and young children, mothers, teenagers, people in their eighties, soldiers, festivalgoers, and foreign workers from Thailand, Nepal and other countries. Most were taken from their homes in the kibbutzim near the border, some of them after relatives had been killed in front of them.

In this recording, gunmen from Gaza round up elderly people, women and children and take them away as hostages.

The first large release came during a week-long truce in late November 2023, when women and children were exchanged for Palestinian prisoners. Others were rescued by Israeli forces or freed in later deals, while many did not return alive.
